110VDC preheating power source

The HG-110-63-4 heating unit is a temperature-controlled and power-regulated supply station for resistance heating elements or mats operating at 110 Vdc, controlled via a PT100 magnetic sensor. The unit was specifically developed for use with temperature-limited heating mats. It is designed for continuous operation and features four independently switchable heating circuits. The maximum heating output of 27.7 kVA, distributed equally across the four heating circuits (6.9 kVA per circuit), ensures a trouble-free preheating cycle, during which the heating mats are protected against overheating by internal temperature limiters. Integrated temperature and overcurrent monitoring protects the heating unit from improper use. For improved and more even heat distribution, multiple heating mats can be operated in parallel using external distribution cables, which are available as accessories. A common option here is a distribution cable to which up to 4 heating mats per heating circuit, each with 1.650 kVA, can be connected.

These preheating current sources are suitable for preheating with resistance heating elements or silicone heating mats with temperature limiters. They are available in unregulated and regulated versions, with and without temperature curve recording. Their robust design makes them particularly suitable for use in harsh environments.
