Fully electronic, synergistically controlled MIG/MAG precision welding power source for spatter-free pulsed arc welding with 600A (6000 M).

Areas of application:

– Stick electrode: Optimal properties with high-precision direct current for all electrode types from acidic to basic.
(Gouging) Integrated hot start and adjustable arc force ensure optimal welding results (especially
also for the cellulose electrode) in all welding positions. High power reserves for special electrodes with over 100% yield.

– MIG/MAG Normal: Low-spatter short-arc, normal-arc, and spray arc welding with solid wires from 0.8 to 1.6 mm
and tubular wires from 1.0 to 2.4 mm in diameter. Maximum process stability thanks to HYBRID
technology, especially in the lower current range, for all shielding gases from 100% CO2 to 100% Argon.

– MIG/MAG PULSE: Spatter-free pulsed arc welding for all common materials and shielding gases with a maximum CO2 content of 20%. Special ignition system and rapid short-circuit protection for unavoidable minor wire and fixture malfunctions. Ideally suited for all solid and tubular wires.
